International Shipping

We deliver to most countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days depending on the destination and local customs processing. Please note:

Import duties and taxes may apply and are the recipient's responsibility
Delivery times may vary during peak seasons
Tracking information will be provided for all international shipments

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where applicable.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

            Return Process:

            1. Contact us at contactassist@abnerburke.com with your order number

            2. We will provide a return authorization and shipping label

            3. Pack items securely in original packaging

            4. Drop off at any authorized shipping location

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Items without original tags attached
Sale items marked as final sale

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contactassist@abnerburke.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
